Between the two, I think Manning is a better QB than Brady. Because he's got guts and he can take a hit, and he doesn't seem too preoccupied with protecting his pretty face.<BR/><BR/>But don't get me wrong, I would love to console Tom right now. I was really starting to hate this whole perfect season thing. It was distracting. I had concluded weeks ago it was an unfair burden. My actual love, for this greatest of games, was being weakened by the constant stream of media drivel. Every news outlet in New England has been in a race to provide more coverage on our home team. The endless interviews and docudramas had taken a toll on our collective interest. And it showed. Brady got little to no protection today. He was sacked at least 5 times.<BR/><BR/>But it has been a great season. I know many want to make excuses, and suggest The Patriots get alot of breaks, and aren't that good. I can only offer their record. I saw every game this season, and there was some amazing football.
